CUSTOM TERMS
Any orders over $100 will require a 50% deposit at the time of ordering with the remaining balance due at the time of pickup or delivery. If the order is cancelled less than 4 weeks prior to the order for Cookies and One Tier cakes and less than 3 months prior for multi-tier/ wedding cakes, the deposit is non refundable. Cancellations prior to the stated deadlines will be refunded at a pro-rated basis. No deposit will be required for orders less than $100.
CAKES TERMS
Cakes are highly susceptible to temperatures and times. Once a customer accepts delivery of a cake, we cannot take responsibility for the continuing condition of the cake if high temperatures, or rough treatment happen. Cake prices range from $2-$4 a serving dependant on detail and flavor. We reserve the right to charge a rush fee on cake orders placed less than 2 weeks in advance for single tier cakes and 4 weeks in advance for multi tier/wedding cakes.
COOKIE TERMS
Cookies will be picked up in boxes. Individual wrapping and tagging is available at an additional charge. Cookies that are shipped may break in shipping. It is advisable to order a few extras to allow for this. Cookies will be shipped with protective wrapping and every effort will be made to protect them in shipping, but at times, packages may not be handled carefully. Decorated sugar cookies will require a 50% non refundable deposit in advance as they require preparation and are often custom. All other cookies will not require a deposit unless your order is greater than $100. Decorated sugar cookies range from $2-$5 a piece. Rush orders ordered less than 2 weeks before pickup will be subject to a rush order fee. Individually packed cookies are available for a small upcharge to covers supplies and labor.
WEDDING CAKE TERMS
Wedding cakes will require a 50% deposit in order to book the date of the wedding. The remaining balance will be due 1 week prior to the wedding. Payment can be made via cash, paypal, or square. Cake tastings may be arranged with a small deposit. If a couple books with us the cost of the cake tasting will be deducted from the cost of the cake. If the couple does not book with us, the deposit will not be refunded.
For Wedding cakes or multi tier cakes, we will deliver the cake to the location and set it up in the correct area. Every effort will be made to ensure the continuing good condition of the cake, but we are not in control of weather conditions and cannot accept liability for them. We will make the customer aware if refrigeration of your product is necessary due to extreme temperatures. You will need to provide onsite refrigeration. Cake cutting is not offered as a service, so you will need to speak with your venue or caterer about providing cake cutting.
